This article shows you how to connect Simplycure to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible AI assistant, so you can work in your account from your assistant.

The connector is open to every Simplycure account, with nothing to request: your usual credentials are all you need. Free, like Simplycure.

⚠️ Your patient data
Simplycure hosts your data on HDS-certified servers (the French health data hosting standard). By enabling the connector, you agree that some of your patients' data (what the assistant reads to answer you) is sent to your assistant's provider (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT, Mistral AI for Le Chat, Perplexity for Perplexity). That data then leaves Simplycure's HDS and GDPR perimeter. Enable it knowingly.

In short

Simplycure runs an MCP server (Model Context Protocol), the open protocol that lets an AI assistant use an external service. Its address: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp.

Once connected, your assistant can:

search the catalogue and compare products on objective criteria,
prepare draft recommendations,
set up your store (collections, protocols, discount).

Nothing is sent to your patients: you always review and send from Simplycure. Clinical judgement stays with the practitioner.

Connect Claude

Works with every Claude plan, including the free one.

In Claude, open Customize > Connectors.
Click + Add, then Add custom connector.
Name: Simplycure. URL: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp. Click Continue.
Choose Connect when needed, then Register automatically, and click Add.
Sign in with your Simplycure credentials and accept the permissions.
In a conversation, click + > Connectors and enable Simplycure.

💡 To test it: ask "Show me my Simplycure store". Claude replies with its link.

Connect ChatGPT

Available on paid plans, from chatgpt.com only.

On chatgpt.com, open Settings > Plugins > Add > Add MCP server.
Name: Simplycure. URL: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp. Authentication: OAuth.
Sign in with your Simplycure credentials and accept the permissions.
Simplycure now appears in your plugins, under Personal: check that it is enabled.

ℹ️ ChatGPT limitation
On Plus and Pro plans, ChatGPT is read-only for now: catalogue and patients. Drafting a recommendation or editing your store requires a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan. To do everything, use Claude.

Connect Le Chat (Mistral)

Works with every plan, including the free one. Adding a custom connector requires admin rights on the account, which you have by default on Free and Pro.

In Le Chat, open the side panel, then Intelligence > Connectors and click + Add Connector.
Choose the Custom MCP Connector tab. Name: Simplycure. Server: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp.
Click Connect, sign in with your Simplycure credentials and accept the permissions.
In a conversation, enable Simplycure in your connectors.

Connect Perplexity

On an organisation account, an admin must first allow custom connectors.

In Perplexity, open Customize > Connectors, then Add > MCP connector and choose Remote.
Name: Simplycure. Server URL: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp. Authentication: OAuth 2.0.
Click the connector card, sign in with your Simplycure credentials and accept the permissions.

⚠️ Good to know: store changes (publishing a collection, changing the discount) are visible to your patients straight away. The assistant always asks you to confirm first.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?
Yes. The connector is part of Simplycure, which is free for practitioners. Only your AI assistant subscription is billed by its provider.

Which assistants does the connector work with?
Claude (every plan, including free), ChatGPT (paid plans), Mistral's Le Chat and Perplexity. The address is the same everywhere: https://mcp.simplycure.com/mcp.

Are product interactions checked?
No, not by the connector. The assistant says so in its answer. Checking remains your responsibility.

How do I remove access?
Delete the connector in your assistant's settings: Customize > Connectors in Claude and Perplexity, Settings > Plugins in ChatGPT, Intelligence > Connectors in Le Chat.

I use Claude through my organisation
On Team and Enterprise plans, an organisation owner adds the connector first. You then just sign in.
