Understanding the statuses of your recommendations

What your recommendation statuses mean (Pending, Sent, Viewed, Ordered) and how to use them to follow up your patients.

In your Recommendations tab, each recommendation shows a status that tells you exactly where your patient stands, from creation through to ordering.

The 4 statuses explained

🕒 Pending

The recommendation has been created but not sent yet. No patient is linked to it, or it has not yet been sent.

Action available: click Link a client to link a patient, then send the recommendation.

✓ Sent

The link has been sent to your patient, but they have not opened it yet.

Action available: click Send a reminder to resend the link by email.

✓✓ Viewed

Your patient has opened the recommendation and seen the suggested products. When you open the details, you see the exact date and time it was viewed.

Action available: if your patient is slow to order, click Send to resend them the link.

🛒 Ordered

Your patient has placed an order. Open the details from the recommendation to check the products purchased and the amount.

Filter by status

At the top of the list, three filters let you sort quickly:

Sending status: all, pending, sent or viewed
Order status: with or without an order placed
Period: by date range

💡 Good to know: If a recommendation has been in Sent status for several days, a simple reminder is often enough to trigger the order.
