How long before my order is ready?
Usually within 24 working hours after payment. You receive an email as soon as collection is possible. Do not come before this confirmation, your order may not be prepared yet.

Can someone else come and collect my order?
Yes, provided they have the confirmation email and can give your name. Reception may ask for proof of identity.

Is there parking?
Yes, you can park on site, at the back of the building, close to reception.

Can I come without having ordered online?
No. Collection in person is only available after an order confirmed online, to guarantee traceability and the correct handling of your case. You can track the status of your order at any time via our dedicated guide.

What if I come outside opening hours?
Reception is closed outside the stated hours. Please choose a slot from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. On Saturday, Sunday and Luxembourg public holidays, the warehouse is closed.

Is collection in person available for practitioners?
Yes, on the same terms.
