This article helps you find the invoice for a Simplycure order and request a duplicate if needed.
Your Simplycure invoice is attached automatically to the confirmation email you receive just after your payment. No action is needed to receive it, it arrives as a PDF attachment.
Good to know: downloading the invoice directly from your patient area is not available yet. In the meantime, our team can send you a duplicate within minutes via the chat.
1. Search your inbox
Search using the keyword Simplycure, or look for the subject line "Confirmation of your order". The invoice is attached as a PDF.
A small pitfall to avoid: remember to check your Spam and Junk folders if you cannot find the email. The sender is Simplycure or [email protected].
2. Ask us for a duplicate if needed
If you really cannot find the email, start the chat at the bottom right. To speed things up, have this information ready:
Your first and last name, to identify your account
The email used for the order, to find the associated invoice
The order number if you have it, to speed up the search
We will send the invoice straight back to you, by email to the address of your choice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have the invoice made out in my company's name?
Yes. Start the chat before we prepare your order and give us the billing details to use (company name, address, VAT number). We will adjust the invoice accordingly.
My invoice has an error, what should I do?
Contact us via the chat with the order number and the nature of the error. We will issue a corrected invoice and send it by email.
Can I download my invoices directly from my account?
Not yet, this feature is under development. In the meantime, our team will send them to you on request. Your past orders remain viewable from your patient area.
How long do you keep my invoices?
All your invoices are archived indefinitely. You can ask us for any copy again, even several years after the order.
Is the invoice valid as a tax record?
Yes. The Simplycure invoice contains all the legal details (VAT, SIREN/SIRET equivalent, address) and is valid as a tax or accounting record.
